This feature is a great tool for you to keep track of what and where your food cost are being utilized. You can use this to track cost for special events like wedding or you can use it to keep track of your inventory as it is reallocated with in your restaurant. Simply Click on the New Transfer button, select the area or location that you are moving the food cost to and start entering the items from your inventory. The item are broken down into units that can be transferred such as by the pound or can. You can also print out an invoice to send alonf with the food for the others to use as a receiving document.
